Bozeman company, Mystery Ranch Backpacks to design backpacks for military

Mystery Ranch Backpacks http://www.mysteryranch.com/ is expanding production with a partnership that pairs the Bozeman business with a major recreation industry player, CamelBak, to create gear for the U.S. military.

Mystery Ranch announced Monday it will design backpacks for the military and the Petaluma, Calif.-based CamelBak will handle production.

CamelBak makes a hands-free hydration system that hooks a hose to a water bag that cyclists or other athletes can carry in their backpacks.
