The VoIP service comes in two flavors. A “Trunk Replacement” option allows organizations to eliminate the need for separate data and voice lines to the outside world, while maintaining their existing telephone system. Alternatively, a “hosted VoIP” option altogether eliminates the need for a PBX by running all of their voice traffic on the existing corporate LAN. Both services afford savings through the virtual elimination of long distance charges and of duplicate data/voice T1 lines, while the hosted VoIP solution delivers additional value through a number of productivity-enhancing features made available to the end user through an intuitive web interface.
