Bozeman strategy firm, Strategix Vision, recognized for innovative products

Kids can look cool when first learning to ride a bike.

An employee with a Bozeman company was one of a trio of inventors who designed a new bike with three wheels that will help kids learn to balance on traditional bicycles.

After all, training wheels tend to look a little "dorky," Strategix Vision http://strategixvision.com/index.html CEO Bill Clem said Thursday.

"The general idea is, as you get a little bit better riding a bike, for one thing it won’t look silly, but also it gives you a lot more stability as you go," he said.

The new SHIFT Concept Bicycle was one of two products designed by Strategix Vision employees that won "gold" Idea Awards from Business Week magazine earlier this month.
