Cable company, KLiP Interactive vows top-quality rural service in Montana, Wyoming

A new cable company promising top-quality service has entered rural cable markets in Montana, Wyoming, Florida and Georgia.

KLiP Interactive of Madison, Ga., has closed a deal to purchase the assets of LB Cable Properties for

$5.25 million in cash, said KLiP spokeswoman Lizbeth Dison.
The purchase affects 3,500 cable subscribers in a number of Montana towns, including St. Regis, Plains, St. Ignatius, Valier, Hot Springs, Paradise, Darby and Plains. KLiP also picked up seven Montana employees. There were no layoffs.

"In fact, we’re hiring," Dison said.
