Plant not generating much action in Great Falls, MT

A name that got scratched off the "hot list" of prospects at the Great Falls Development Authority recently?

NorthWestern Energy.

John Kramer, the GFDA president, told board members that a deal involving an unidentified client looking at NorthWestern’s mothballed generating plant fell through.

"We’ve taken them off the hot list, because I don’t think anything is going to happen there," Kramer said.
