Insanely Great Idea: Hire Steve Jobs as the Nation’s Hydrogen Czar!

The hydrogen industry needs a salesman.

As evidence, consider the story photo. A cameraman is trying to capture the essence of the hydrogen story with footage of water leaking out a Honda FCX tailpipe. Gripping!

Yes, hydrogen needs a salesman. Right now, not later, when the technology is "ready for market."

Some people say it is premature to be getting in front of the public and hyping the wonders of a clean, domestically produced fuel source for transportation.

I say my Microsoft-driven computer still doesn’t work all the time.

Hydrogen needs someone who can explain hydrogen in simple terms, make it exciting, and most of all get people to pay for it. Right now. Cable got its customers to pay for the the laying of wires, and cell phone companies funded the installation of a nationwide string of ugly towers by overcharging their clients — it’s the American way!
