Red Diamond Capital buys controlling interest in Nutritional Laboratories of Missoula

Red Diamond Capital http://www.reddiamondcapital.com , a private New York-based equity firm, has purchased a controlling interest in Nutritional Laboratories International Inc. http://www.nutritionallabs.com , a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, said Terry Benishek of Nutritional Labs.

"There is not a remote possibility of us (NLI) leaving Missoula,” Benishek said.

The deal, announced Monday, has been in the works since the inception of Nutritional Labs in 1997, Benishek said. The purchase price was not disclosed.
