CDs offer audio guide to driving Glacier Park

It’s not too late to drive through Glacier National Park before cold weather hits.

One way to enhance the experience through the beautiful park is with two CDs created by three Flathead area residents, Ted Keller, Mike Catena and Gordon Cross.

The CDs, "Highway to Heaven, Glacier Park Audio Tour," are new this year. They provide a personalized, professional tour of the Going to the Sun Road.

On the audio tour, local experts discuss Glacier Park’s history, geology, wildlife and forests, and provide other facts, statistics and trivia. The three men who devised the tour also offer facts, stories and insights that won’t be found in any guidebooks.

The lively, amusing CDs recommend hikes and favorite spots, and feature music from Montana musicians Rob Quist and Jack Gladstone.

One CD is available for driving the road from the east side of the park, and the second CD can be popped in by people driving Going to the Sun Road from the west side.

Look for the audio tour CDs in gift stores in the Flathead Valley and in Glacier Park gift stores and motels. For more details, visit the Web site at http://ear2earproductions.com/ . The set costs $20, shipping included.
